Monday-Friday mornings: 9:00am-11:00 am

Monday-Thursday afternoons: 3:30pm-7:30pm

Friday afternoon: 3:30pm-6:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am-12:00 pm


At Jim McNally Boxing we teach proper boxing so you learn an excellent form of self-defense while you get in shape.

You get hands-on instruction in the fundamentals of boxing:

You'll learn the proper stance
How to hold your hands
The correct way to punch and block punches

Tools of the trade include the heavy bag, speed bag, speed rope, and the focus mitts.

All sessions are NON-CONTACT.

Programs are designed for men and women, young and old, at all levels of fitness.

Programs are designed and administered by Jim McNally, and are based on his experience.
